AMW Site Services carry out dilapidation works for – Facilities Management, Property Fund Managers, Social Housing, Utilities, Public Sector, Chartered Surveyors, landlords and property owners.
This can either be at the end on a tenant’s lease or if they have suffered financial hardships and the property requires taking over and emptying.
Often working with quantity surveyors, we will work through a tender list. Once a set budget and time frame is agreed, we adhere to it.
In any situation predominantly, we are brought on board due the property being in an unleasable condition and needs restoring to its original rented state or for resale.

Any specific measures such as roof safety netting, PPE supply, Asbestos tests will have implemented and ready. This procedure is not just to cover our insurance!
